About the trail
Haifa Wadis Trail has been the flagship project of Yarok Balev NGO since 2014. This is a 50 km long hiking trail for hikers, which connects the unique nature of Haifa in a continuous circular route. It was renewed in 2025 with the help of Hugey Sayarut in Haifa.
The trial is divided into 20 sections that are each suitable for a short hike, or in combination with several sections for a long trip. Multiple hikers tried walking the entire trial at once, but not enough met the challenge. you may start the trip wherever you want, and hike in the same or the opposite direction to that described on the site.
To hikers that are not yet ready for a once-in-a-lifetime journey, it is recommended to choose daily hiking sections according to your desired difficulty, and enjoy Haifa’s atmosphere at your own pace.
You can find additional details and more info about community events in the Haifa Wadi Trail Facebook page.

Hike Tip: Saadia River
A highly recommended hike, though also heart-wrenching due to the danger facing the area from neglect, pollution, and advanced development plans.
